COVID-19 Update

The COVID-19 coronavirus presents an unprecedented, global challenge. All citizens should be doing their part by practicing social distancing whenever possible, self-isolating when required, and keeping things clean. Our governments are mobilizing resources to respond to this outbreak crisis.

We are doing our part by taking care of our employees, protecting their health and safety – and they enable us to take care of our clients.

ARE WE OPEN FOR BUSINESS?

Yes! We are, and we’re ready to serve you in accordance to government guidelines.

  • Appointments can be booked via email or by calling our office. Walk-in traffic is also welcome, but we recommend you call us prior to coming into the building. Of course, sanitation measures are in effect throughout our office.
  • Customers are encouraged to wash their hands upon arrival, or use sanitation wipes available in our office. The number of people in our office at any given time is limited to facilitate social distancing.
The safety of our clients, team members, and vendors are our prime focus. We are here to support and provide you with IT advice through your dedicated account manager. You can also email us about new products and services at your convenience.

ARE OUR TECHNICIANS WORKING?

Yes! Our technicians continue to service our customer’s needs by performing on-site installations and support. We’ve put in place measures such as enhanced sanitation, social distancing, and keeping team members who are feeling unwell home for the recommended period. Likewise, we are screening appointment requests and will not be sending technicians to businesses who have had recent exposures or clients who may be experiencing symptoms.

WHAT ARE WE DOING AT OUR OFFICE?

Our employees are washing their hands between each customer visit, and are asked to wear a mask whenever possible, as required by local governments. We are following all recommendations offered by our local health agency, and doing everything we can to protect our clients and suppliers.

Together as a community, we will make our way through this.
